Newsletter Spotlight

Company logo and description of services will be placed on one newsletter (delegate
and/or Principal).

 

Link to the company website will be included in the digital version of the newsletter.

Cost: $50 each    Limit: 1 sponsor per newsletter

September Delegate Meeting

Date: September 11, 2024

Time: 6-6:30 pm

Place: CFBISD Administration Bldg.1445 Perry Rd.Carrollton, TX 75006


Meet and greet with CFBISD Council PTA, Local PTA Presidents, Principals and Delegates prior to their scheduled meeting.

 

Set-up: 5:30-6 pm, one table provided in building foyer.

Cost: $50 each      Limit: 2 vendors

October Delegate Meeting

Date: October 9, 2024

Time: 11-11:30 am

Place: CFBISD Administration Bldg.1445 Perry Rd.Carrollton, TX 75006


Meet and greet with CFBISD Council PTA, Local PTA Presidents, Principals and Delegates prior to their scheduled meeting.

 

Set-up: 10:30-11am, one table provided in building foyer.

Fall Training Extravaganza

Date: September 28, 2024
Time: 9 am-12 pm
Place: Nancy Watten Technology and Event Center 455 E. La Villita Blvd. Irving, TX 75039


Feature your business products and services for our Council PTA members, local PTA leaders,
school administration and campus clubs and organizations.

Set-up: 8-9 am. One 6 ft table with black tablecloth will be provided/space.

​

Cost: $50 per table (may purchase multiple tables)

Limit: 20 Tables  

​

​Discount: One discounted space per vendor with donation of product or gift card with minimum value of $20

Spring Training Extravaganza

Date: February 22, 2025
Time: 9 am-12 pm
